The General Fund

The Center for Watershed Sciences conducts problem-solving research and syntheses on restoration and water management in California, nationally, and internationally. Students develop cross-disciplinary expertise through the classes and research opportunities, and become leaders in science, technology, and policy. 

The Watershed General Fund fosters inclusive growth by supporting outreach initiatives, advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion, developing special projects, and funding symposia that inspire collaboration, innovation, and meaningful change within our community. A gift will support:

• Research to solve water problems in California and beyond

• Student and public engagement in California and global water problems

• Strategic initiatives and support
