General Information

Adriana earned a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from UC Davis in June 2020. She began working at the Center for Watershed Sciences in June 2019. In the field, Adriana aids in collecting aquatic insects and other biological and physical data.  Adriana is the laboratory and field lead for Robert Lusardi's group, identifies invertebrates/zooplankton, and is interested in the feeding ecology of native salmonids. She is also interested in the role of aquatic insects as bio-indicators of water quality and hopes to continue expanding her knowledge on the use of stream macroinvertebrates as indicators of stream health.
