            Bio
              Lauren Adams is a Water Resources Engineering PhD candidate with the Center for Watershed Sciences in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. Her advisor is Jay Lund. She was an Academic Guest with eawag, the Swiss Institute for Aquatic Science and Technology, for the summer of 2017. Lauren's dissertation, "Optimal Reservoir Releases for Downstream Environmental Purposes" will be finished October 2018. She is funded by the United States National Science Foundation's IGERT program in Climate Change, Water, and Society, and the University of California's UC Water program in Water Sustainability and Security.
