Lenny is a Civil and Environmental Engineering Master's student with a focus on Water Resources Engineering. He is currently working with professors Jay Lund and Sarah Yarnell to design a decision-making support tool for budget-based environmental flow scheduling informed by snowmelt runoff forecasts. This research is conducted in partnership with the California State Water Resources Control Board.
