Lindsay is a Civil and Environmental Engineering Master's student with a focus on Water Resources Engineering. She is currently working with professors Jay Lund and Sarah Yarnell to design a decision support tool for budget-based environmental flow scheduling informed by increasingly accurate snowpack forecasts. This research is conducted in partnership with the California Water Resources Control Board.
