Bio
Natalie is a postdoctoral law and policy fellow currently researching minimum flow requirements for California rivers as well as how to incorporate the California Environmental Functional Flows framework into the FERC relicensing process for hydropower development. While getting her juris doctor, she researched water law and water rights in Utah, including how newly passed state water law legislation would impact Great Salt Lake and how local governments could develop water conservation ordinances and policies to get more water to Great Salt Lake.
 
Natalie is passionate about environmental justice, connecting law and science, and improving legal communication so that everyone can understand the laws that impact them.
