I began working as a student assistant in Dr. John Durand's group in the summer of 2023. I graduated in spring 2024 with a B.S. in Environmental Science and Management. After graduation, I'm working in the Durand group as a Junior Specialist. I'm helping with fieldwork in the North Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta and Suisun Marsh, collecting water quality data, and training new students on collecting zooplankton data. I am passionate about studying how climate change influences aquatic organisms and habitat conservation. Besides that, I have a general interest in aquatic ecosystems, fieldwork, and science outreach.
