The goal of COEQWAL is to broaden participation in water planning through collaborative development of data, models and tools with diverse partners. The project will employ novel implementations of California water models to understand how scarce water resources and changing climate affect access to safe drinking water for communities, salmon recover, and salinity management in the Delta. The data from these models will be available in an accessible visualization platform to assist diverse communities in understanding the future of water.
