
Jay Lund recognized as AGU 2022 Fellow
AGU Fellows Serve as global leaders and experts who propel our understanding of geosciences.
Congratulations Jay Lund on being selected among the AGU 2022 Class of Fellows as a water resource system expert! Dr. Lund is Vice Director of the Center for Watershed Sciences, a Distinguished Professor in the College of Engineering, and a member of the National Academy of Engineering. Today, Dr. Lund receives recognition for establishing a groundbreaking hydroeconomic optimization framework for understanding complex water resource systems to inform decision-making. The honor of being an AGU Fellow recognizes outstanding acheivements, contributions, and innovations the Fellows have made to Earth and space science. The new AGU Fellows will be formally acknowledged for their impactful achievements and leadership during the 2022 AGU Fall Meeting ceremony.
