Department of Water Resources Moving forward requires not just great science or concrete policy, but also better lines of communication where scientists know the policy needs and policy makers and managers understand the key science.

Panel discussions on Monday, April 8 will address communication gaps and how best to integrate science and policy across institutions for more effective climate adaptation strategies.

Can't make April 8? The day's discussions will be synthesized at a roundtable forum the following morning.

Organized by graduate students in the Climate Change, Water and Society IGERT program at UC Davis. IGERT is the National Science Foundation's flagship interdisciplinary training program.
