Calif. water atlas seeks to clarify water issues
Associated Press (Nov. 16, 2013) — A story on a grassroots effort to create a new interactive California Water Atlas includes comments from Center director Jay Lund on the need bring meaning to the state's mass of water data. "Government agencies have done a good job of collecting a bunch of data, but have done a horrible job of making it useful," Lund said. "I'm excited to see the possibilities for more of a modern and open way of developing this kind of resource that everyone can gain from."
