NBC/Bay Area (March 14, 2014) — The current dought (now in it's thrid year) isn't the worst on record for California, said Jay Lund, directyor of the UC Davis Center for Watershed Sciences, “but in the rains that we’ve had in February and early March, we’re pretty much about the 3rd or 4th driest year of record.”
