Capital Public Radio, Sacramento (April 23, 2014) — Jay Lund, director of the Center for Watershed Sciences at UC Davis discusses the upcoming UC Drought Summit and its focus of modernizing California's water management on Insight, a daily interview program. "A drought is a reminder of us living in this precarrious balance that we are always have to stay on top of if we are going to remain prosperous and (protect) the environment."
