Quick agreement sought on nitrate-groundwater issue

Several attorneys who focus on California food and agriculture issues believe the private and public sectors must work together to quickly find a mutual solution to the controversial nitrate-groundwater issue, which gained public attention after a UC Davis study last year that found contaminants in drinking water.
